I have a user that reports the time on her phone is 5 hours fast.
We reset the phone multiple times and the time is still 5 hours fast.
Time on all the other phones is correct.
I assume the phone gets its time from the CM server it registers with.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this.

The phone does get it's time from the CallManager cluster. It is possible to define multiple Date/Time Groups on
CallManager to support sites that are in different timezones. These are allocated to Device Pools rather than directly to phones.
My advice would be to check whether the user's phone is in the same device pool as others at the same site.
