Hi all. I have been tasked with trying to stop toll fraud from happening at some of my customers. I have two questions about this:
1. Is there anyone who can share a config (without the private info) of a router that has some good security precautions against toll fraud?
2. Is there anyone who can share a place/document/anything where I can learn how to do toll fraud (not so I can use it), but so that I might be good at defending against it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

anything in particular, or are you just loking at ways to harden security on your voice gateways?

Thank you Kaja. Minkdennis, nothing in particular. I guess my thought is that since I dont know how to do toll fraud, I dont know how to prevent it either. I have seen some of the Cisco articles, and they do help. But Id like to become really good at defending against such attacks. Plus, if Im to secure these gateways, like I have been asked to do, then I need to know something about it. Sure, I can go in and make some guesses, but Id like to 'know' Ive done a good job instead of 'hope' Ive done a good job.
