TON H323 GATEWAY IN UK

Dears,

Do I have to specify the TON when configuring H.323 gateway in UK? and what it should be?

I'm getting Q.931 Disconnect Cause Codes of 28 that says:

Invalid Number Format (address incomplete).

Indicates that the called party cannot be reached because the called party number is not in a valid

format or is not complete. This can happen when you are calling out using a network type number

(enterprise) when you should be calling out Unknown or National for the Type of Number (TON).

In the UK

If you set TON "Unknown"

You send all national numbers with the leading "0"

If you change to TON "National"

You do NOT send the leading "0"

It is probably easier to set your gateway to UNKNOWN and just drop the access code "9" if
