Tone on hold file.

Hi there..

I have a CCME system with an external product from Stonevoice doing call queueing. I am looking to make the queue music a reassuring tone.

What I am looking for is a sound file for tone on hold. Similar to that of when there's no music on hold configured CME will produce a conforting tone when people are placed on hold.

I've searched the cisco sites and google for ages and cant find anything.

Can anyone recommend me a place to download anything like this? A program to create something like this or steer me in any helpful way?

Have you considered using your country ringing/alerting tone specifically as the music on hold source?
