Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to get the total number of voicemail in unity, The built in unity reports give you mailbox size but that includes all voicemail number.
Thanks much.

Hi Curtis,
For Unity, the reports section of the Message Store Manager tool probably has
what you need here (it is very good)

Cheers!

Thanks much, unfortunately that tool doesn't support unity 8.5 but I found this tool "user data dump" can do the job for unity 8.5:

Hi Curtis,
Good stuff my friend
Don't forget that there are 2 separate products here, Unity & Unity Connection
so you have to keep that in mind when looking for solutions. We run Unity Connection
as well and absolutely love CUDD and many other great tools from the awesome Unity Tools
suite. Check some of these out as well...wonderful!!

Unity Connection Bulk User Delete
For resetting users you have the option of emptying the mailbox, resetting greetings, deleting voice names, resetting passwords, removing private lists and a number of other options you may choose. For installations where the user base “changes over” frequently such as schools this may be a nicer option. This option is also allowed for CoRes installations since it does not involve the removal of user objects from the Connection database.
