Hi All,
Can someone please update me with the latest rules on what is allowed and what's not allowed? As far as I have researched, mixing of VoIP and PSTN is not allowed.
If we have a local DID, say "1 (922) 933-944", Can we configure that line to an IP phone in India for external calling? As far as I know the answer is that is against regulations. Is that true for BOTH outgoing and incoming calls or just one or the other?
If the above is against regulations, is there any real legit way of accomplishing a similar thing? I.E. having an off hours helpdesk that is in India but still being reached via the primary helpdesk DID and getting forwarded? (Or is that also against regulations?)
Thanks in advanced.
