If you had a PVDM installed, your output of sh inventory would contain similar to below depending upon channels:
NAME: "PVDM3 DSP DIMM with 32 Channels on Slot 0 SubSlot 4", DESCR: "PVDM3 DSP DIMM with 32 Channels"
PID: PVDM3-32 , VID: V01 , SN: FOCxxxx

Hi Kavithas,
Terry is spot on (+5)! You should be able to see the PVDM module in the show inventory or show diag. If you're absolutely sure there should be a PVDM in there, then it's possible that the PVDM hasnt been seated into the PVDM slot properly or the slot has gone bad or the PVDM has gone bad. Assuming the PVDM is present, then pop open the chassis cover (powered down ofcourse) and try the other PVDM slot. If it gets detected, you know the PVDM is fine but the slot is bad.
HTH.

Based on the output of your sh inventory output either there is no PVDM installed or router is not detecting, you can try reseating if you have installed one.
