Transcoding Oper State: ACTIVE_IN_PROGRESS - Cause Code: CCM_REGISTER_FAILED

Hi,

We got an alert on the RTMT for media device   --

Syslog UC_RTMT-2-RTMT_ALERT: %[Name=NumberOfRegisteredMediaDevicesDecreased .

While checking the RTMT  and logging on the specific gateway and putting the show sccp command -- got these message for all the MTP resources status.

MTP Oper State: ACTIVE_IN_PROGRESS - Cause Code: CCM_REGISTER_FAILED  ==== Ideally in a normal scenario // cause code is : NONE .

Needed to understand what exactly do i need to check to confirm and isolate this alert on the CCM and gateway. Appreciate a quick help on this -- as this is an active alert.

Hi Abhishek,

U can also run the command show voice dsp group all to check the STATE of dsp 1 ,2 in respective slots whether they show UP or FAIL.

Have you checked that the MTP resources are registered in CUCM??
