Hi all,
i've CM 9.0 and collab servers, registered to CM are IP Phone 79xx, 69xx, DX-series, EX-series, and Telepresence series, also i have E20.
previously all telephony services working well, but after upgrade CM to 9.1.2 i found problem. the problem is when a call from PSTN incoming to receptionist (79xx) then transfer to telepresence series (EX, C, E20) no audio, especially for E20 it cannot be transfered at all.
but internally (LAN) transfer service working normal as usual, also all device can call outgoing well to PSTN, the problem only occur when incoming call from PSTN.
the VG use ISR 2911 ios15.2
please advice

Hi Acer,
Is the call coming in thru SIP/H323 or MGCP? In case of SIP/H323 you may check the MTP on the gateway/trunk and reset it since Transfer and other supplementary functions depend on MTP. If this does not work then please provide complete call flow so that debugs and traces can be requested accordingly.
