Hi everyone,
I have a problem where a receptionist will transfer a call directly to voicemail (dialing *210 for example) and you can hear the users voice mail start to play. As soon as they press transfer again to release the call to the outside user the call dies and the original caller is left with dead air. Voice mail is done by Exchange so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this issue as I mostly work with Unity Connection set ups. Any information or direction would be great.
Thanks!

hung up as soon as the voicemail starts to play and the caller will then continue to record.

When you press transfer it puts the first call on hold. If you press transfer it opens a new line. You then dial *210, if you hang up once the recording starts playing it only hangs up that new line. The original line on hold will not be connected.
