Transfer to user Extension on Call Handler

Hi!

Good day everyone! i have configured Call handler , current condition is :

Greeting >> Welcome to... press o to.. or input the extension number you want to reach.

When I input the wrong extension number. The System said " you cannot be transfer to this number, check the number and call agan " then restart the greeting (Greeting will play repeatedly without stopping itself)

But i want change the system prompt to my voice record "You dial the wrong number, the call will be ended" then the call will be terminated, not restart the greeting.

Does anyone know how to do this ?

AFAIK that's the normal behavior and you cannot change it. Assume a user dial the number by mistake, he has to call again for entering the extensions.
