Hello to all ,
We have a CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 , and a Cisco 7931 ( Secretary of head person ) and the next situation :
The secretary take a call at the first line ( A ) for the boss , and put the call in hold .
Next , the boss , for other floor , call to the second line ( B ) .
The secretary needs to transfer the call , but she refuses to terminate the call at line B , she needs to combine the audios , it is possible ?
I tried this with the JOIN button , but the test fails .
Can you help me with this problem ?

Can you please double check you have the Join Across Lines Policy service parameter set to True?
