hi , i have call manager 6.1 and Microsoft exchange unified messeging ( voice mail )
all users have extension mobility so they have logged in profile and logout profile , for example the login profile for DN is 160 and the logout is *160 ,
after deployment we found out that the exchange reject the Star * in the incoming number from the call manager when the user is logged out .
so the issue is that we need to transform any *160 to 160 in toward the sip trunk to exchange UM . *XXX to XXX .
i need to know how to remove the first digit of the number . appreciate you help
