Translate Calling number to be Unknown

Dears,

 

we need to translate the calling number of our Tele Marketing team to be unknown, kindly your support to fix this issue.

we need implement this on CUCM V.9.0.

Hi Ossama,

 

I agree with Carlo on the CUCM solution. However, I prefer to implement this on the gateway so that you  avoid duplicate config in SRST gateway in case you are using it.

 

This is my recommendation but all ways should give the same result.

I suggest to configure the following on your outgoing dialpeer to PSTN.

voice translation-rule X
 rule 1 /^"enter your telemarketing number"/ //

!
voice translation-profile TRANSLATE-TELEMARKETING
 translate calling X
 

dial-peer voice 101 pots/voip
 translation-profile outgoing TRANSLATE-TELEMARKETING

Hi Ossama.

On cumc configure a route patter to let Telemarketing agents to call out and put in in a new partition Eg. Out_Telemarketing.

On that Route Pattern modify "Calling Line Presentation ID" and "Calling Name Presentation" values to Restricted

Create a new CSS including that newly created partition and all other partition to let those users to call internally.

 

Assign this CSS to telemarketing users lines.
