Hello I have a problem,

I want to translate the calling number on a sip-trunk.

Can anyone tell me the right "Incoming Calling Party Settings"

I want to remove all starting "0" and replace it with a "+"

Example:

I want to change the calling number from 00049305555555555 to +49305555555555

We are using the CUCM 8.0.3.20000-2

Thanks for your help

In that case you will need to use calling party xformation...

1. create a calling party xformation pattern....assing it to a valid partition

pattern: 000.49!

discard digit: predot

prefix: +

2. On the incoming calling party settings...Set the CSS that has access to the xformation pattern

define above

3. Uncheck use device pool css

NB: if you are using h323 gateway then you need to know what the number type your rpovider presents to you. Once you know this you can then apply the CSS to this number type. For sip you dont have this, so you do it only at one place

voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^000\(.+\)/ /+\1/

voice translation-profile PSTN-IN
translate calling 1

You then apply it to the relevant dial-peer in the inbound direction

dial-peer voice 99998 voip

translation-profile incoming PSTN-IN

Ohh I´m sorry.

I do not want to translate the calling number on a voice router. I want to translate the number on the CUCM Business.

You are the men.

It works. I do not know about the Calling Party Transformation Patterns.
