I am having CME 8.6 mine is call center setup,Right now i am having 4 digits extension which are translated to bordline number while going outside
Now i want that for specific clients they should not see my boarline number but insted see a diffrnet number
e.g. ext:-5000 translated to boradline number#0000000000 CURRENT SCENERIO
e.g. ext:-5000 translated to the number #1111111111 REQUIRED SCENERIO(but these scenerio should be only for 3-4 agents and not everyone)
