I am facing a problem, all IP phones connected to a switch looses the communication many times during a day. Bellow it is what I see when I check the logs

You need to open a TAC case. I am assuming this traceback is generated due to high CPU utilization on your 4500 caused by the process Cat4k Mgmt HiPri. This process aggregate multiple platform-specific processes which perform the essential management functions on the Catalyst 4500.
