Trunk-Intercluster GK Controlled - call issue

Hi All,

I have a issue with call termination with ICT GK-controlled, I have a CUCM cluster where there exist one publisher and three subscribers A (range extension 3..) and others 2 suscribers B(range extension 2, I can call from other cluster to this cluster with issue , but they can only call me from the Suscriber A and not from B.

I did a reboot to subscriber B and delete/create again the route pattern for ip phones placed in this Subscriber, if any database syncronize issue but no get good results. Please your comments

what u mean in subscriber ?

did u mean another culster?

because the subscriber dose not save any config while it dose in CUCM 6 but only some phone features but not RP

Hi,

the scenario is two clusters ( A y B) and one gk

cluster A has 5 suscriber where the ip phones can call by ICT-GK if they are registred in specific Suscriber for example from 1-3 and if they are registred in the Suscriber 4 & 5 can't call by ICT-GK, anyway can receive call by ICT-GK in any Subscriber of cluster A from cluster B.
