i'm running a 1760 with 12.4(25d) and Call manager 9 . the 1760 has a vic-2fxs and a DSP module
if i put the router in SRST i can call the POTS phone and the associated ip phone i have in failover mode and vise versa with the ip phone.
i set the router as a mgcp gateway on the CUCM console. assigned it the ports and gave them DN's the call manager is talking to the device and registered, but says the device is not trusted.
i try to dial from the POTS phone and i get a fast busy always, untill i put my router into failover. am i doing something wrong? should i be using it as a H323 GW or is the device just so old that its not compatible with the version of call manager?

I don't understand that you put 172.21.0.10 on both "ccm-manager config server 172.21.0.10" and under "call-manager-fallback ip source-address 172.21.0.10 port 2000"
The first command is for CUCM Sub, and the second is for the IP address of your 1760 router, and these IP addresses are different.
Also, you don't need dial-peer 202 and 111. The FXS ports are controlled by CUCM thanks to service mgcpapp command. And also you don't need it for SRST purpose because SRST means the link with CUCM is broken so you are not going to communicate with CUCM anyway. From the dial-peer matching debug I see that you are matching Dial-peer 202 which is wrong. Remove them and then re-test.

i fixed alot of that in my config, however, i can only call into the fxs, not bi directional, is there a reason? is it only due to the nature of the card? i sitll need the dial peer 102 for calling phones and i can do bi directional calls from the phone in fallback.
