Migrating from Avaya to Cisco
TEO TSG-6 phones on Avaya was configured so that a single extn had 3 line appearances in order that there can be an active call .. then another on hold .. while the 3rd line made it possible to roll to Voicemail.
Might anyone have any knowledge having installed/configured the TSG-6 phone on Cisco that might be able to provide insight?
