Hi,
We are having a strange issue with our environment ,as some of the calls on the phone getting disconnected due to the RTP establishment delay that we experience in the network. The IP Phone Phone gets the call signaling done on time and there is slight delay in the RTP establishment (due to the delay in the path). The IP Phone thinks that the call was disconnected and closes the connection. This is being revealed from the Sniffer captures. Would like somebody to let me know ,if there are any configuration parameters that we could tweak with the CCM in order to adjust the timer that it can wait for RTP establishment.
We are running CCM 4.2.3 in our environment. The overall callflow from the infrastructure perspective is as below:
First Call:
Asterisk Dialer--->SIP Carrier on SIP Trunk
Second Call :
Asterisk Dialer --->CCM on SIP Trunk --> IP Phone (SCCP).
Then these two calls are conferenced together.
Please note that the calls are getting dropped intermittently and not always.
