We have integrate our call manger 5.1 with CUCM 5.0 in another location using ICT non gate keeper. Due to some problem in IP scheme We routed our call manager using Static NAT towards them. Now when I dial them phone is ringing and we are able to talk. but when they call me phone is ringing but unable to speek each other. Please help me to silve it out.

Check access lists, if RTP ports are allowed, also if call signal and rtp traffic are taking different paths / firewalls.
A firewall will open dynamic ports for RTP traffic only if the call signals had passed through / processed by the same firewall

Hi Pawan,
What you have done is Natted the actual Call Manager IP address of say Site A to static IP and the same has been advertised to site B?
Why u are saying that Static IP could be a problem?
