Hello,
In planning our CUCM VM environment on UCS, I'm referencing Virtualization for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
For my subscriber nodes, the guidelines are straight forward. But how should I size my publisher and TFTP server? Same as subscribers, even though they have no phones registered?
Also, do customers generally purchase VMware from their Cisco partners? I wasn't sure if esxi was a Cisco part #, or we just use a standard vmware partner for that?
Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
You can purchase VM Ware from your Cisco Partner which should also provide you with a ISV1 contract in which case Cisco will support any issues with the ESXi on the servers.
Otherwise Cisco wont support issues with VM Ware.

Yes, thumb rule is you use the same OVA for all nodes in the cluster.
