Hi Experts,
I have CUCM 6.1 & 7970 and 7975 IP phones.
My customer here needs two different ring tones on two different extensions on the same IP phone. Is that applicable? How?

Sure. Choose Settings > User Prefs > Ring Settings on the phone. You will see a default choice and then an option to override it for any of the DNs on the phone.
