Two headsets at once for Cisco IP Phone 7961

For new-hire training shadowing, I have a need to have two agents listening to one phone at once through two headsets. Preferably with one of the headsets muted.

I'm thinking a y-splitter would be the best way to achieve this. I am wondering specifically what y-splitter is available for Cisco IP Phone 7961 (headsets Plantonics HW261N)?

Hi David,

You should be able to use the Y-cord training adapter (shown below) to connect 2 headsets to the 7961 IP phone for multiple connections.
