Gents,
I did a change today to delete expired CAPF cert on our CUCM 9.1 cluster. After deleting the cert, phones restarted. Is this normal? IS there any documentation that supports this behaviour

Hi Ayodeji,
Phone restart seems to be normal after deleting expired CAPF certificate. Please see section "Remove and Regenerate Certificates in CUCM" in below URL:
