UC Apps Reset Password Admin Accounts

Hello Community!

We have a security requirement that require all our UC Apps (CUCM,CUC,CUCCX etc.) to have its admin passwords to be change annualy.

I'd like to know, will there be any impact on these Apps' operations (will it cause downtime, complications or to any dependecy got affected) if we do the account password change?

Assuming you're not using that same user for any kind of integration, no, you just need to go ahead and change it

If you're using it for any kind of integration, then yes, changing it without updating the new pwd on the other end, will cause downtime.

Would there be a short way to know if administrator accounts (OS and Apps) are being used for integration? what examples would the admin accounts be integrated to other apps?
