UC phone blinking envelope

Hi
I got one user physical phone, there is envelope blinking even though there is no voicemail for that particular user. How can I overcome this ?

First, remember that you can specify any MWI destination you want for a mailbox, even a totally different extension. Just because that user’s mailbox is empty doesn’t mean that their MWI should be off.

I suggest starting with a MWI Resync on the Phone System integration on Unity Connection.
