Does anyone know if the 7985 IP phone will support video calling functionality when used with a UC520? We can get audio calls to work but no video. TIA!

7985g vidoe phones are compatible only with Callmanager:

So the problem must be something else, have you enabled video as per documentation ?

7985 is supported with UC520 (or CME4.0 onward). To make a video call, you need to enable video capability under telephony service and enable viceoCap under ephone level.

If it still didn't work, you need to have "debug ephone detail" collected.
