Hi,
I have setup uc560 with 6 FXO ports in a trunk group. the issue that i am facing is that if all fxo ports are busy and some one try for an outgoing call no busy tone is heard rather the call is disappears from the ip phone after few seconds.

I don't think you would get a busy tone in this situation. Since there are no free lines outbound the call can't be set up properly and the call drops. A busy tone indicates that the number you are calling is busy and you haven't gotten far enough in the call set up to determine that.

i agree with your busy tone description but sudden disappearing of the call confuses the user that there is something wrong with the system, i do not think that this is the proper way how it works,
