Current environment is CCM 7.x & UCCE 7.x
Our agent require IP communicator setup with personal and Agent extension numbers assigned.
My questions is can an Agent have the same extension number on both Cisco hard phone and IP communicator? Or should the agent have 2 different agents ex numbers with the same credential. ? One for his hard phone & one for his IPC
I'm running to an issue if I assigned the same agent ex # to both device person & IPC
