Hi all,
We changed our DNS, which invalidated our UCCX license. I have a new one, but i have just one question:
When i upload the new license that reflects our changed license MAC, will all the configurations and applications be deleted or changed in any way? I asked the license support rep from cisco and she couldn't tell me.
