UCCX - Active Directory Appadmin User Mapping

Hi All,

We have CUCM 8.6 & UCCX 8.5 . Now UCCX using the  CUCM Local Endusers. We have the plan to integrate the CUCM with Active Directory.

What is the procedure to configure the UCCX Appadmin username after the AD  integrate ? What are other points to be considered becuase of this integration.

Hi,

for UCCX you need only to create uccx appadmin in LDAP users. we need this because after integration all local enduser will be removed.

you need to create a username in LDAP which has access to the OU that your useres located. users which have last names will be synched.

Hi,

The uccxappadmin username is not sycned with LDAP. It is a local account and is not affected by your LDAP integration. It is only end users that are synced with AD.
