UCCX application user and password.

Hi Team ,

Is there any effect on configuration if i change username and password by using these commands?

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name
utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password

Actually i don't know the username and password of application user of uccx even not in the cucm enduser.

The administrator name and password is just the end user to log into the system.  The only thing that is going to affect is the initial login to the services and administration.  The OS admin and DRS will not be affected.

Server is in production . If services will effect then its can effects to IVR or agents?

The above Cli reference reports the following command as available:

set uccx appadmin administrator userXXX

where userXXX is a CUCM existing end user.

Please post the output of a "show version active" of your UCCX

Hi.

Because UCCX application administrator users are synced from CUCM,

you can issue command show uccx appadmin administrators on your UCCX server than go into CUCM and , if needed, change password there.
