UCCX MOH for calls in queue

I have a client that would like to have a special music on hold source for the calls that are in queue. They are currently running UCCX 8 with CUCM 7.1(3), what would be the best way to accomplish the goal of having the people on hold in the queue hear a different audio source then the people that are put on hold normally?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Michael Putney

When calls are answered by UCCX, the media is terminated on a CTI port that is a member of the Telephony Call Control Group. When you use the "Call Hold" step in a CCX script, the hold state is communicated to CUCM and CUCM determines the audio source based on the CTI Port configurations. You can adjust these configurations from the CCX AppAdmin interface. Reconfigure the Telephony Call Control Group and apply the appropriate audio source files.
