UCCX Script - Play welcome wav and then ring extention

Hello,

I am new to UCCX. I want to create script, when someone calls from outside to hear welcome playback and then the call must go to extention.

For example: If someone dials 123456789 from outside they should hear welcome message and then the call must go to extention 555.

I wrote script but it doesn't work, it only plays welcome message. you can see attachment.

Please see if your CTI ports have correct Calling Search Space to be able to reach extension 555

I found the problem. I have chose incorrect Call Control Group. Now it Works!
