UCCX - Send Busy Here (486) to PSTN from CSQ

Hello,

 

New member here so please excuse any lack of knowledge.  

 

I'm looking to see how you can send a Busy Here (486) SIP signal back to the PSTN from a CSQ at a determined number of calls inbound?

 

For example, I need a busy here signal on a CSQ when 16 agents are busy and then the CSQ to be ready again when agents become available.

 

Any help is appreciated.

2) For your solution, when each call is queued you have to check the Number of calls in Waiting and based on that play a prompt "we are busy here"  OR " Drop Call" OR " Transfer Call to Translation patter with will Reject call with Busy Reason code.
