I have just completed developing a service using node.js and tested on 8865 phone. I was able to assign the Service to that phone and when the node.js app was running I was able to step through program aspects of the service. All worked well.
So I went to add this service to a few 7975s to test and when I select the 'Services' button the message 'No Services Configured' appears.
In UCM I have set the Service to the Phone.
In User Self Care Portal the Service is also selected.
The phone has a User assignment and can log into this account.
Any thoughts on what setting I need to change?
