UCS VMWare installation - Fatal error

Hi

I have UCS-C210M2

Installing VMWare 4.0.0 through CIMC console.

While starting the installation, I am getting error message - Installation operation has encountered fatal error.

Here I have attached, RAID configuration screenshot, firmware virsion. BIOS version and bootoption screenshot

and error message screenshot.

Pls. suggest.
