Your question is not clear, do you mean you don't have 8845 as an option in the drop down to add new endpoints?

If so, what's the exact CUCM release you have.

As to how to add a subscriber in CUCM, the installation documentation for CUCM already explains that, if you haven't, you need to review it in first place.

Hi Muhammad,

As Abhay explained you can install the latest device pack on all servers followed by a cluster reboot to get the option to add 8845 , you can check the read me file for load info which also confirms the support for 8845

Subscriber install is the same as Publisher install, you just need to specify the subscriber details under System > Server on the Publisher page before you go ahead with the install

Just like Jaime mentioned you should read the install guides if this is the first time you are attempting an install to get a better understanding.

You need to install the device pack so that you can add Cisco 8845.
