Hi Guys,
I have created a CTI Route point and forward all the DN to Voicemail port of Unified Messaging 4.0(5)
When I dial CTI route point DN, immediately call is getting disconnected. I checked the DN by removing forward all. Same condition. I have resetted Cti manager. Eventhough, problem is not solved.
Could you please suggest me how to make the CTI route point up as well as the forward all to Voicemail port?
