Unable to call pstn numbers
User is assigned with an extension 55555
he is able to call pstn when called from deskphone.
he is able to call pstn when called from windows IP communicator.
but when he calls from jabber MAC it dosn't go through.
we are using the same extension for all the 3 devices and all the settings are same.
css is same aswell.
Dialed number Analyser shows me Gateway-A.
CUP and CUPC capabilities assignement configuration are enabled on CUCM
CUPS also has proper settings in place.
Jabber version: 8.6.5.19623
What could be the possible issue. Do I have to run Debug on gateway to see if call hits the gateway.

Is the device-level CSS also the same?
And other device level settings?
Is this an ISDN PSTN gateway? If so, do a 'debug isdn q931' on the gateway to see whether a) the call is attempted and b) why it fails.

===============================
Could you please tell me why this is disconnected.

Hi
Does that called number look correct to you? It doesn't to me.
It does appear to proceed, there is 10 seconds between proceeding and disconnect which sounds like a ring timeout. The disconnect cause is 16 and rx, which means that the far end disconnected normally.
Does the far end ring?
Does this affect all calls or just some?

Thanks Aaron for you time and valued support.
* when called from IP communicator same called-number appears and call gets connected.
* when called from Jabber call gets disconnected.
I have attached a word doc with side by side comparison of failed and success from jabber and ip communicator respectively..

What kind of gateway is this? H.323?
This might be the problem:
Transfer Capability = Unrestricted Digital
Can you try
voice-port 0/0/0:15 bearer-cap speech
