Unable to complete call transfer.

Config is posted below.

Scenario:

An external call comes in on the XXX-XXX-9047 line and is answered.  That call is then attempted to be transferred to another internal extension using a consult transfer.  The external call is placed on hold as expected when pressing the Transfer button and the internal extension is dialed.  When pressing the Transfer button to "complete" the transfer, the second internal extension is placed on hold and the transfer is not completed.  Transferring works fine on the other three incoming lines.

Any reason for having DSS ? This is for transfers to monitored lines. If that is not the case, please remove it and have full-consult only and then test. If it still fails, grab logs for the following -

debug ephone detail
debug voip application supplementary-service
debug voice ccapi inout
debug voip vtsp all

Also ensure that the DN doing a transfer is a dual or octo.

I have removed the dss from that line in the config.  No one is on-site at the moment for me to test the transfer with.  I did enable the first debug command and it brought the isr2801 to it's knees and I lost connectivity to it for about a minute.  I have since, turned that debug back off until we test the dss removal.

The DN doing the transfer is dual-line.  When we press the transfer button the second time to "complete" the transfer, it is almost as if it puts the internal extension on hold and tries to initiate a fresh transfer.  I'll report back after I've had a chance to test the removal of the dss.

By any chance you were grabbing the logs on the console instead of a buffer ? Next time add a mac address with the ephone detail debug. The mac will be for the phone doing the transfer.
In consult transfer, a new call is initiated to the transfer-target but the second time when you press the Transfer key, it should drop the initial leg which was on hold.

Greetings,

Yes, I was attempting to grab the logs via the console rather than the buffer.

I do have an update.  After removing the dss from the transfer-system full-consult line, the other three incoming lines were then doing a blind transfer when a transfer was attempted.  I had to add the dss back in so they can do the consult transfer.

I am trying to nail down a time to test the transfer and gather logs with the client.

Okay, I have gathered the logs.  I have attached the file.

Any further thoughts on this? Do I need two incoming lines in the same group to do a transfer, at the moment, there is only the single incoming line for this group.
