Unable to delete user in Cisco Unity Cxn 9.1.1.10000-32

Hi,

I've been trying to delete a user from Unity Cxn but it gives me the following error:

I've followed the steps in the link below, as this seemed to be a known issue, but still could not delete the user.

In the CLI got this error when trying to remove user in Unity CLI >>

Column (user004) not found in any table in the query (or SLV is undefined).
Command failed

Any help would be much appreciated.

Saima,

Please clarify the following:

1) Did you create users on CUC or imported them from LDAP or via AXL?

2) Do those users have mailbox?

3) What has been done with those users? Did you import them via COBRAS?

4) Did you make any changes on CUC?

5) Send me the output:

utils diagnose test

utils cuc cluster status

run sql select * from ProcessNode

show status

show version active

show version inactive

6) Are all users effected? If not what is the difference between effected and non-effected ones?

7) Choose a user which you aren't able to delete

Run

run cuc dbquery unitydirdb select * from tbl_GlobalUser where alias="..."

//replace ... with the corresponding user alias
