unable to dial international call from vg202

Hi,

I have fax connected to VG202 and I am not able dial any international call (any number start with 00) from the fax, I tried to connect a normal analog phone to the VG202 but i have the same issue, I keep getting fast busy tone.

I gave the same number which was given to the fax to another IP Phone and the call is going through without any issue.

could you please assist.

What protocol is the VG202 using: MGCP, SCCP, H.323, or SIP?

If MGCP or SCCP all of the call routing is performed in UCM. What CSS is assigned to the DN and port?

If  H.323 or SIP, does the dial peer toward UCM get matched? Does UCM get offered the call?

It is running SCCP, and the call routing is done on the call manager, I have

assigned international CSS for this line which is working fine for all other

phones, do you have any clue.

this is strange, when I add the # after the number in the route pattern and

discard it the fax can dial international !!!
