I got thrown into Call Manger world and now having this problem and cant figure out. I configured a Cisco 8865 phone and phone can call e.g toll free or conference calls etc BUT not accepting PIN or any digit dialed after that. For example i call T-Mobile but when i press 0 to talk to agent, it doesnt work. Please Help....
this problem is related to DTMF, or the relay of DTMF,
what is your setup? does it work internally, for instance when entering a pin into voicemail?
