Hi
For some strange reason, I can no longer download the CCMServRTMTPlugin.exe from our CUCM 7.1.3 cluster (any of the servers). What I end up with is a file with a name that is the IP address of the publisher that I can't do anything with.
I 've been able to get the file from my development server so its not a total disaster. Question is, "can I upload (tftp) the good copy of the file to live cluster and if so, which directory does it need to reside in or do I require assistance from TAC".
Of course the other burning question is what caused this to happen in the first place and that remains to be seen.
Thanks in advance
Richard

Hi Alex
Brilliant! That works just fine. So is it a browser config issue that I have overlooked?
Best regards

Hi Javalenc

Hi All
Well I've got to the bottom of the "why"
I noticed that if I clicked on the Plugin Name (Cisco Unified CM Real-Time Monitoring Tool - Windows) as opposed to "Download", the custom URL box had the IP address of the publisher entered. The other plugins all had the custom URL box blank.
Removing the custom URL entry has resolved the issue.
Thanks Java and Alex for your contributions.
Best regards
Richard
