Unable to find the option to select multiple messages in PCA inbox to delete.

Hi,

I am not sure what is missing and all the default settings are made for the account undeliversablemessagemailbox and still i dont see the option to select multiple for deleting from the Inbox of the Cisco PCA Inbox.

Please let me know if some things needs to be checked.

Hi Chandra,

What's the Unity Connection version you are using? I'm asking 'cause there is a known bug for

8.X versions:

CSCtw49703    Web Inbox should allow multiple messages to be deleted at one time

Symptom:

Not able to delete multiple messages at one time with web inbox in UC 8.x

Conditions:

This feature existed in 7.x but not in web inbox 8.x

The bug is considered a product enhancement and will be addressed in Unity Connection release

9.X.
