Hi all,
I have an issue when trying to forward a call to an external number.
When I make a call with the Line CSS "A" the call completes successfully, but when I place the same phone number in FW ALL and use the same CSS "A" the call doesn't complete, I even tried to use the CSS "A" in secondary CSS as well and same result, the call cannot be completed..
What could be causing this kind of behavior?

Does the Route Pattern/Hunt List use an LRG? If yes, be aware of the Local route group for redirected calls service parameter. This often hang side people up and there have been defects relating to it over the years.
For example: https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCui38797

What do you hear/see when you try that?
Does the call makes it to the GW? If so, what's the disconnect reason?

When trying with the same CSS on the secondary CSS FW it just sounds like busy tone
No it doesn't even reach the gateway

Thank you so much, the parameter was on default so it came to the "origin" instead of making the forwarding through the destination.
