Unable to get into Call Manager Admistration as another user

CCM 5.1.2 with ES

Problem - Unable to log into adminstration web page as another user. Have assigned different roles to the user but the error I get is

"Access to the requested resource has been denied"

"You must restart your web browser in order to log in again."

I have tried different web browsers and different PCs but same error.

What is the role that is applied on the User ? Have you tried adding the user to "CCM Super User" group. This group can login to CCM Admin page and I use a non-default Admin account to login to ccmadmin page on my CM 5.1.2 box.
